• All transmission systems are equipped with top-level control system based on the consideration of “parameter setting”, so as to reduce installation time, facilitate operation, improve production capacity, prevent mistakes and stay, and endure long-term operation, so as to meet the highest requirements of data-based, standardized and safe operation.
• The high-order programmable controller (q-series PLC) is used to interlock the above-mentioned CNC transmission / control systems, and array output and input contacts are reserved for synchronous integration with the front and rear section connecting equipment. The operation interface adopts touch panel man-machine interface, which provides the convenience of real-time operation and multiple parameter setting. It has 200 groups of memory address of operation mode, which can be easily stored and read by touching the switch. This is another sharp tool to reduce the operation time.
